Matt Davis is the President of Driftwood Leadership, LLC which focuses on leadership strategies and inspirational training for organizations and individuals. He retired from Dow in 2018 as the President of Dow North America and the Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs where he was responsible for building strategic partnerships with stakeholders to advance Dow's North America growth agenda and reputation. He also provided global leadership for Dow's government affairs, public policy, issues management, communications, reputation, and public affairs strategy and actions. Davis served as a member of Dow's Executive Leadership Committee, and was part of the Company for 32 years.
Davis is involved with the After the Impact Fund (ATIF). It is an organization that facilitates comprehensive treatment and provides a support network for military veterans, professional athletes and their families. ATIF enables custom treatment plans for veterans and retired professional athletes with injuries that are seen and unseen. Bringing clients and communities together, ATIF assists in creating new skills, mending relationships, and generating a renewed sense of purpose.
Davis is Vice Chairman of the Board forSaratoga WarHorse. The organization has the Mission to improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress by providing healing, equine-assisted betboom team utilizing off-the-track Thoroughbreds.
He is passionate about his betboom team withWorld Freerunning Parkour Federation (WFPF). It is an international organization that enables a global community for Parkour and Freerunning with the goal of bringing the sport and philosophy to mainstream audiences. Parkour is a training discipline using movement developed from military obstacle course training and provides many aspects of a non-combative martial art.
